Portable Toilet Rental Terms in Brent, FL 32503

Last Updated: 10/29/2026

What Our Portable Toilet Service Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to portable toilet rental arranged with Florida Toilet Rentals for a stated site, rental period, and service plan. Your written quote or order confirmation identifies the equipment, delivery location, pickup timing, and any scheduled servicing included.

Extra units, hand-wash stations, pumping, cleaning, restocking, relocation, or removal are included only when listed in that agreement. Site preparation, permits, utility work, waste disposal beyond the agreed service, and repairs caused by misuse require a separate agreement or charge approved by you.

Customers must provide safe, lawful access and use the equipment as intended. Construction sites must meet applicable sanitation requirements, including OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51.

Accessible units and routes should comply with the 2010 ADA Standards where applicable. Wastewater may not be discharged unlawfully under the Clean Water Act or Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-600.

Permit needs can depend on the site; check with Escambia County Building Services and relevant health or environmental agencies.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Delivery, service visits, and pickup are scheduled using the dates and access details in your quote or confirmation. Share accurate site instructions, contact information, and any gate or arrival restrictions before the appointment.

A requested date or arrival window is not final until Florida Toilet Rentals confirms it. Give notice as early as possible if you need to cancel, postpone, or change an appointment; any cancellation terms or charges stated in your quote or order confirmation apply.

Changes to unit count, rental period, location, servicing frequency, or site conditions may affect availability and cost. We will explain the change and seek your approval before proceeding with added work or charges.

If a site is inaccessible or unsafe at the scheduled time, delivery or service may need to be delayed and rescheduled. Weather, road conditions, and other circumstances outside either party’s control can also affect timing. Contact us promptly so we can discuss an available alternative.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote describes the equipment and work requested, the rental period, delivery and pickup arrangements, and any other charges known when it is prepared. It is based on the information you provide, including site access and expected use.

The quote becomes the basis for the order when you approve it and Florida Toilet Rentals confirms the booking. Unless the quote states otherwise, payment timing and accepted methods will be provided with your order details or invoice.

Additional work, such as an extra service visit, relocation, extended rental, or response to unusual site conditions, may carry added charges. We will ask for your approval before making a scope change that adds cost, except where action is needed to address an immediate safety concern.

You are responsible for reviewing the invoice and raising any question promptly. No specific price or payment option is promised by these terms; the amounts and due dates applicable to your booking are the ones confirmed in writing.

Equipment Condition and Service Commitments

Florida Toilet Rentals will provide the equipment and services identified in your confirmed order and will take reasonable care when delivering, servicing, and removing units. These terms do not create a fixed warranty period or promise a particular result beyond the work described in the order. If a unit appears damaged, is not functioning as expected, or a scheduled service was missed, contact us promptly with the site address and a clear description so we can review the concern and discuss an appropriate response.

Coverage does not extend to damage, blockage, contamination, or service needs caused by misuse, unauthorized movement, vandalism, unsafe access, or conditions outside our control. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Any separate written warranty or service commitment provided with your order will govern its stated subject and duration. Do not attempt repairs or move equipment without authorization; doing so may create safety risks and affect our ability to assess the issue.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent permitted by law, Florida Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing ground, access, drainage, or utility conditions, or for losses caused by a customer’s misuse, failure to provide safe access, or actions of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights provided by applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for site safety, lawful use, and required approvals. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 addresses sanitation on construction sites; the 2010 ADA Standards address accessible access where applicable.

The Clean Water Act and Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-600 restrict wastewater discharge. Florida Building Code and Escambia County permit requirements depend on the work and location, so verify site-specific rules with the relevant authority.

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Health in Escambia County, and Escambia County Building Services may be useful contacts.

Questions About These Terms

These terms apply to services booked with Florida Toilet Rentals unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may revise the terms from time to time.

For an existing booking, the version provided or accepted when that booking was confirmed generally applies, unless you and the company agree in writing to a change or the law requires otherwise. Updated terms will be made available through the company’s service materials or provided with a new quote or order.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
